Which payment methods Best Stitch International accept?
As a B2B manufacturer, we primarily process payments via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) for all large and small scale contracts. Please contact our accounts department for our banking coordinates.
Can I approve a physical sample before mass production begins?
Absolutely. Technical precision is our priority. We provide a pre-production sample (PPS) for every bulk order. Mass production only commences once we receive a signed approval or a high-resolution photo confirmation of the physical sample to ensure all embroidery and specifications meet your unit’s standards.
Is there a minimum limit for any order?
While we specialize in high-volume manufacturing, we do not enforce a strict minimum limit for specialized regalia. However, please note that our production pricing is tiered; significant volume discounts apply to larger quantities due to the setup costs involved in custom embroidery and weaving.
How are international shipping and delivery charges calculated?
For international orders, shipping is calculated based on volume, weight, and destination. We work with major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and can also work with your preferred freight forwarder.
Can I order a sample of a specific product?
Yes. To request a sample, please email us with the specific product code and your organization’s details. For custom designs or unit-specific badges, a nominal sampling fee may apply, which is typically credited back toward your total when the bulk order is placed.
How I can track my order?
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a formal shipping advice note. You can track your consignment using the provided tracking number or by contacting your dedicated account manager at info@beststitchinternational.com.
Are my financial details and data secure?
Best Stitch International adheres to strict data protection protocols. We utilize secure, encrypted payment gateways for all digital transactions. For contract-based payments, we follow international banking security standards. We never store sensitive financial data on our web servers.
What is your cancellation policy for custom orders?
Orders for stock items can be cancelled before dispatch. However, for custom-manufactured regalia or embroidered items, cancellations cannot be accepted once the production process has begun, as these items are created to your specific unit’s requirements.
Do you supply military and police forces outside of the UK?
Yes. We are a global manufacturer and currently supply military, police, and ceremonial organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. We are experienced in handling international customs documentation and export regulations.
