1. Scope of Services

Best Stitch International is a custom manufacturer and exporter of military regalia, ceremonial apparel, embroidered insignia, institutional uniforms, and related textile products.

All orders are processed exclusively through direct business communication via email, quotation approval, purchase order, or signed agreement. No online ordering functionality is provided through this website.

2. Quotations & Order Confirmation

• All quotations remain valid only for the period specified unless otherwise stated.
• Production begins only after written confirmation and approval of specifications.
• Advance payment or agreed financial arrangements must be completed before production.
• Once production has commenced, modifications or cancellations may not be accepted without written approval.

3. Product Specifications & Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the handcrafted and technical nature of embroidered and tailored products, minor variations in color, stitching, dimensions, fabric texture, or finishing may occur within accepted industry tolerances.

Customers are responsible for verifying all approved specifications, measurements, spellings, insignia layouts, and artwork prior to production approval.

4. Pricing & Currency

• Prices are quoted in the currency specified within the quotation or invoice.
• Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are excluded unless stated otherwise.
• International banking charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
• Pricing may change prior to official order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods may include Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), or mutually approved arrangements.
• Production and shipment timelines depend on timely payment.
• Late or incomplete payments may result in delays or suspension of future business engagements.

6. Production Lead Times

Estimated production and delivery schedules are communicated in good faith based on current manufacturing capacity and material availability.

Delays caused by force majeure events, customs procedures, supplier disruptions, transportation interruptions, political instability, or circumstances beyond reasonable control shall not constitute breach of contract.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Goods are shipped according to agreed delivery terms.
• Transportation risk transfers to the Customer upon dispatch.
• The Customer is responsible for import compliance and customs requirements in their country.

8. Inspection & Claims

Customers must inspect all goods promptly upon receipt.

Claims regarding shortages, defects, or discrepancies must be submitted within seven (7) business days of delivery with supporting documentation and photographs.

9. Returns & Custom Orders

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Returns require prior written authorization from the Manufacturer.

10. Intellectual Property

All product designs, embroidery layouts, technical drawings, catalogs, digital artwork, website content, and manufacturing materials remain the intellectual property of Best Stitch International unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, pricing structures, technical specifications, manufacturing methods, and commercial discussions exchanged during business operations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Best Stitch International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

Total liability shall not exceed the value of the affected order.

13. Force Majeure

• War or political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Industrial disputes
• Transportation disruptions
• Pandemics
• Material shortages
• Power or communication failures

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Best Stitch International unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Amendments

Best Stitch International reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Company website or issuance to the Customer.
